This app does not collect or transmit any personal data to external servers or third parties.

All information entered by the user (including symptoms, food logs and other health-related notes) is stored locally on the user's device using Apple's Core Data technology.

This means the data never leaves the device unless the user chooses to back it up through system-level iCloud backups.

The app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services.

Charts shown within the app are generated using Apple’s Swift Charts framework and are based entirely on the user’s local data.
